Could you be a Group Leader at TeenStreet this year?

Maybe you are already coming with your small group and need to be their group leader. Perhaps you are not bringing a group, but would be willing to come to lead one if you could help serve in that way?

Either way, thank you for considering taking on this role at TeenStreet this year. We always need more and more Group Leaders to help work with the growing numbers of teens that come to TeenStreet every year.

What is the role?
Group Leaders are needed to lead, support and build relationships with the teens in their group. Each group leader is responsible for 6 teenagers for the week. You need to be over 21 years old due to the huge responsibility you will have for these teens.

The small groups are right at the heart of TeenStreet and where most of the really important action happens. Responsibilities will include leading a Bible Study (Study notes & tips for each day's discussion are in the Leaders Manual), keeping your teens accountable (discipling and disciplining), and being a friend to each teen in your group. Each group leader will be able to receive help when they need it during the week. An M&M (Ministry & Management) couple will be assigned to you for oversight and encouragement, so you wont be left without a paddle, if things get a bit wild!
