Our focus on the next generation recognizes the pressures and challenges facing young people in Ireland and aims to invest in their lives, empowering them to reach their potential as valued citizens of this nation.

Our volunteers do their part to bring about transformation in our community and our society. We do this by finding practical ways for people to make a difference - whether through cleaning up the streets or supporting community initiatives.

Internationally, OM is transforming lives and communities across the world as people give, pray and volunteer. From schools in India to micro-enterprise in Central Asia, from AIDS orphanages in Southern Africa to re-building programmes in earthquake zones.

We are convinced that transformation happens at all levels - physcially, emotionally, socially and spiritually - so we seek a holistic approach that addresses the whole person.
